KRT Taman-Taman Muhibbah, Sungai Siput was approved in 2007. It was officially launched in 11 May 2008.
Rukun Tetangga (RT) was formed in 1975. Originally charged with organising activities to unify the people and the government in ensuring peace. In 1970s it served as peacekeepers, 1980s concern shifted to neighbourliness and 1990s to promote racial unity and national integration. Currently the scope widened to cover community development.
The activities organised by RT was to ensure better interaction between the local residents, helping each other and to strengthen the inter-racial relations between the leaders and the rakyat and within the multi-racial rakyat.
VIPs'
A few programs were organised for the passed months e.g. National Day Kids Colouring Contest and Skim Simpanan Pendidikan Nasional [SSPN] promotion (2007), this year's programmes are Ambang Merdeka, Salam Aidil Fitri, Ramah Mesra Muhibbah and blood donation. Few committee members have attended the RT courses and also involve with the COMBI programme by the District Health Department.
